From first contact to final delivery of photos Ryan communicated promptly, kindly, and with attention to detail. We booked the shoot from California ahead of our vacation in Colorado, and Ryan delivered ideas for location with exactly the kind of detail and consideration that helped us pick the best place for our group. During our hour together he was personal- learning nearly everyone’s name and directing with calm command. He was patient and unruffled by the natural chaos of 13 people, including young kids, as we posed and played around our chosen location. Wow! I can’t recommend Ryan enough! His friendly demeanor helped my 3- and 4-year-old kiddos feel comfortable right away, and he was so patient and flexible — even willing to wait out some bad weather. The day of our session arrived, we met Ryan at our agreed upon location and...the weather was not cooperating. It was gloomy, cold and rainy. After getting my whole family ready (including a baby and toddler) and out the door, I was devastated. Ryan presented us with many options and we decided to try to wait out the weather.
